Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC in Moon Township, PA, seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Expert to support a large shared services operation. You will handle complex AP issues, SAP S/4HANA support, testing, and process improvements while driving automation and reporting initiatives.

The role requires 7+ years in AP/P2P, strong SAP S/4HANA expertise, and advanced Excel skills. You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure accurate, timely payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting/finance.
• 7+ years in Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay roles.
• Hands-on SAP experience with S/4HANA AP processes.
• Experience in shared services and manufacturing environments.
• Understanding end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process.
• Experience with ERP migrations, enhancements, or implementations.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power Query preferred.
• Experience with KPI reporting, OCR, and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as AP SME with focus on VIM and SAP S/4HANA processes.
• Resolve complex invoice, payment, vendor-account, PO, GR/IR, and GRNI issues.
• Analyze SAP documents and data to identify system/process issues.
• Support Oracle-to-S/4HANA migrations and go-live activities.
• Assist with testing and validation of corrections.
• Collaborate with AP Operations, Procurement, Finance, IT and business units.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify and automate AP processes.
• Support invoice automation, OCR, workflow, and reporting initiatives.
• Analyze AP KPIs to identify trends and risks.
• Develop procedures, training materials and job aids.
• Support month-end close, audits and internal controls.
• Provide training on S/4HANA processes and AP best practices.
