Norsk Hydro seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Expert to support a large-scale shared services environment in Moon Township, PA. The role emphasizes complex AP issue resolution, SAP S/4HANA support, testing, automation, and reporting with strong ownership.

The candidate will master VIM and SAP S/4HANA AP processes, resolve invoice and vendor issues, and assist with migrations, testing, and cross-functional collaboration across AP Operations, Procurement, Finance, IT and plants.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting/finance.
• 7+ years in Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay.
• Hands-on SAP experience with S/4HANA AP processes.
• Experience in shared services and manufacturing environments.
• Understanding end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process.
• ERP migrations or system enhancements experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis
• Experience with reporting, KPI analysis, OCR or automation tools.

Mansioni

• Serve as AP SME with emphasis on VIM and SAP S/4HANA AP.
• Research and resolve complex invoice, payment, vendor-account issues.
• Analyze SAP documents to identify system/process issues.
• Support migrations and post-implementation stabilization.
• Assist with test-script development and UAT testing.
• Collaborate with AP Operations, Procurement, Finance, IT and plants.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate AP processes.
• Support invoice automation, OCR, workflow and reporting initiatives.
• Analyze AP KPIs and trends for risk and improvement.
• Develop procedures, training materials and job aids.
• Support month-end close, audits and controls.
• Provide training on S/4HANA AP processes and best practices.
