Keter Environmental Services in Stamford, CT is seeking an AP Treasury Specialist to manage payments and reconciliations for multiple payment methods. This role supports continuous improvement to reduce risk and streamline processes within the Finance team.

The ideal candidate has solid AP experience, strong Excel and NetSuite skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of AP experience in a high invoice volume environment.
• Experience executing payments through software as well as bank platforms.
• Active participation in a Virtual Credit Card Program.
• Extensive reconciliation experience across vendor balances, bank accounts, and balance sheet accounts.

Responsibilities

• Execute payments according to policy to prevent stop services.
• Monitor credit card limits and spend; request paydowns as needed.
• Propose and implement plans to scale department operations leveraging technical resources.
• Perform reconciliation of card programs and respond to AP Audit inquiries in a timely manner.
