Job summary

Saint-Gobain North America seeks a Senior Manager, AP Operations to lead end-to-end invoice processing, supplier payments, and AP transformation. You will oversee internal teams and outsourced partners to ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective operations across >$5B in annual activity.

Partner with Finance, Purchasing, Treasury, IT, and offshore teams to drive process standardization, automation, analytics, and risk management while developing AP talent and capabilities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of AP leadership experience in a large manufacturing org.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, internal controls, and related processes.
• Experience managing outsourced service providers and dispersed teams.
• Proficient in ERP/financial systems; SAP and/or QAD preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end AP services for North American businesses, including invoice processing, exception management, supplier payments, and support.
• Lead AP Operations teams and outsourced partners ensuring accountability, capacity, and performance.
• Ensure accurate, timely, cost-effective invoice and payment processing, with prompt resolution of exceptions and inquiries.
• Monitor service levels, KPIs, productivity, quality, and on-time payment; use analytics to manage risks and corrective actions.
• Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement to increase touchless processing and strengthen controls.
• Partner with business units, Finance, Purchasing, Treasury, IT, and offshore teams to resolve issues and improve end-to-end performance.
• Lead AP change initiatives, implementations, integrations, acquisitions, divestitures, and projects, ensuring readiness and sustained adoption.
• Develop AP talent through coaching, succession planning, cross-training, and targeted development.
• Hybrid position based in the Malvern, PA office.
