• Manage accounts payable workflows including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and contract tracking.
• Execute month-end close activities: accruals, journal entries, reconciliations.
• Prepare expense variance analyses and assist in month-end reporting.
• Serve as liaison between line of business and Enterprise Supplier Management; coordinate with Finance and partners.
• Drive process efficiencies and support automation and data transformation.
• Obtain and maintain a Series 99 Operations Professional license.
