What You'll Actually Do

• Accounts Payable: Manage accounts payable workflows, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and contract tracking.
• Month-End Close: Execute month-end close activities, such as calculating expense accruals, preparing journal entries, and performing account reconciliations.
• Financial Analysis: Prepare expense variance analysis and support month-end financial reporting.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key liaison between the line of business and Enterprise Supplier Management, and interact with Finance, business partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Drive process efficiencies and support team automation and data transformation efforts.
