Amcor seeks an AP Coordinator in Pryor Creek, OK to manage the AP invoice flow from incoming mail and support the facility's administrative functions. The role requires proficiency in JDE and AS400, with 3+ years in related AP or purchasing work. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

You will back up Purchasing and Data Processing, reconcile PO pricing, and ensure new vendors are set up in the system. A high school diploma is required; some college is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Three+ years in related AP or purchasing field preferred.
• Combined education and experience may be considered in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Manage AP invoice flow from incoming mail.
• Process approved purchase requisitions and communicate PO numbers to vendors/internal buyers.
• Ensure W-9 forms are obtained and submitted for new vendors.
