Job summary

Delicato Family Vineyards in Stockton, CA is seeking an Accounts Payable & Receivable Supervisor to lead the AP/AR team, ensure accurate billing, receipts, vendor payments, and reconciliations in a fast-paced environment.

Under limited supervision, you will enforce internal controls, support month-end close, manage staff of up to 6, and collaborate with management on process improvements; a bachelor's degree and 5–7 years' accounting/AR/AP experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years AR/AP or general accounting experience; 2–3 years supervisory or lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day AP/AR operations and staff.
• Ensures timely posting of receipts and vendor payments; resolves discrepancies.
• Supports month-end close and reconciliations; ensures GAAP compliance.
• Trains, mentors, and evaluates AR/AP staff; enforces internal controls.
