StevenDouglas is partnering with a client in NW Houston in search of an Interim AP/AR Specialist. This is a 3-month engagement and is a fully on-site position.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume, full-cycle accounts payable processing, including invoice entry, coding, and payment support
• Help establish and standardize AP and AR processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365, moving manual workflows into the system
• Monitor the accounts receivable inbox, respond to routine inquiries, and escalade issues as needed
• Review vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Perform basic account reconciliations
• Document procedures and train the team that will assume ongoing AP/AR responsibilities

Requirements

• Solid accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment
• Accounts receivable experience
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred
• Experience documenting processes and training others is a plus
