Job summary

Reframe Systems is seeking an Accounts Payable and Receivable Manager to own the procure-to-pay process across our manufacturing microfactories and corporate operations in the U.S. You will establish scalable AP controls, manage invoice matching, and maintain accurate vendor accounting as production scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated Accounts Payable experience.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Ramp.
• Knowledge of PO process, job costing, and tax basics.
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in fast-paced manufacturing settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AP and AR processes for manufacturing microfactories and applicable corporate operations.
• Establish scalable AP controls, perform 3-way matching, and handle invoice processing.
• Maintain vendor relationships, onboarding, and tax details (W-9).
• Coordinate weekly payment runs (ACH, wires, checks) and optimize cash flow.
• Reconcile vendor statements and support month-end close with accruals.
• Assist in implementing automated AP workflows and ERP controls.
