Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent accounting experience.
• 2–4+ years of hands-on AP/AR and bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Dynamics 365 BC/Navision) required.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements with three-way matching.
• Code and approve invoices; resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Schedule payments by check, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Maintain vendor master data including W-9s and banking details.
• Generate customer invoices and intercompany billbacks.
• Post daily cash receipts and reconcile accounts monthly.
• Support month-end close and assist with audits.
