Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 9+ years of progressive accounting/financial operations experience.
• 3+ years of leadership in AP/AR or related teams.
• Expertise in cash management, financial controls, reconciliations, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and control testing.
• CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Establish and maintain AP/AR policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Oversee vendor payments, reimbursements, billing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow, KPIs, aging reports, and exception trends.
• Partner with Procurement, Commercial, Operations, and Finance to improve end-to-end processes.
• Lead audits and compliance efforts and drive process improvements and automation.
