Responsibilities

• Process high-volume AP invoices with accuracy and timely entry.
• Match, code, and reconcile invoices and purchase orders.
• Review and verify payment approvals and supporting documentation.
• Assist with AR duties, including posting payments and aging reports.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies professionally.
• Prepare and maintain organized accounting records.
• Assist with weekly check runs, payment batches, and billing.
• Support month-end closing activities as needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth invoice flow.
