Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain financial and operational data with a high degree of accuracy.
• Process invoices and support Accounts Payable functions.
• Verify information and resolve data discrepancies.
• Review, update, and maintain company records and databases.
• Match invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation.
• Generate reports and assist with data analysis projects.
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper files.
• Support administrative and accounting-related tasks as needed.
