Job summary

Lee Hecht Harrison Nederland B.V. seeks an Accounts Receivable Admin for a contract role in City of Industry, CA. The position supports the Accounting team with AR tasks and general accounting in an entry-level capacity.

You will reconcile payments, assist with adjustments, review aging reports, and help with statements and reminders. Excellent attention to detail and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Entry-level opportunity in accounts receivable and general accounting.
• Detail-oriented and dependable candidate is desired.
• Hands-on experience in accounts receivable is not required but helpful.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and apply customer payments received by ACH, wire, check, CIT, and cash.
• Assist with credit memos, account adjustments, and related documentation.
• Review AR aging reports and assist with customer follow-up on outstanding balances.
• Prepare and send customer statements and payment reminders.
• Perform data entry, filing, account reconciliations, and other accounting support tasks.
