Job summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions in Fremont, CA is seeking an AP Accountant to support our client's Finance team with daily accounts payable activities and month-end close.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of AP experience, hands-on NetSuite, and knowledge of SOX controls. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus; strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Full-Time | Temporary, 6-month contract; Non-Exempt; Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience required.
• Experience with SOX and internal controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process PO and non-PO vendor invoices accurately and on time.
• Follow up on approvals and monitor overdue invoices.
• Investigate and resolve invoice, vendor, and payment discrepancies.
• Perform three-way matching and maintain AP documentation.
• Support month-end close, including accruals and AP reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and controls.
