Job summary

Airbus Aerosystems Kinston, Inc is seeking an AOS Leader/Lean Expert to drive the Airbus Operating System deployment on the new production line in Kinston, NC. You will define the architecture, coordinate with senior leadership and plant teams, and lead governance, training and coaching to deliver performance improvements.

The role requires 10–15 years of experience in Lean/operations, a 5-year degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, and proven project leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years manufacturing/industrial engineering background is required.
• Proven experience (10–15 years) in Airbus Operating System/Lean/operations.
• Strong coaching and training abilities for senior teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and drive governance and deployment roadmap for AOS with senior leadership and plant teams.
• Define overall AOS architecture for new production line and ensure consistency across the site.
• Lead training and coaching initiatives to embed AOS/Lean standards and continuous improvement.
