Qualifications

• BS in Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• MSIE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement, statistical control, and tracking methods to meet quality, on-time, and cost objectives for spacecraft deliveries.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to improve processes within Operations.
• Present status of improvement projects to Senior Management Team quarterly.
