Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• U.S. Citizen.
• 2+ years operating AOI machines or similar inspection equipment.
• Experience repairing and troubleshooting PCBs.
• Able to read BOMs and technical documentation.
• IPC-610, IPC620, and J Standard 001 certifications or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Operate AOI machines to inspect PCBs and electronic assemblies for defects.
• Inspect and verify conformance to engineering drawings and specs using AOI.
• Record inspection results and maintain documentation.
• Identify non-conformances and collaborate with quality/production teams to resolve issues.
• Perform soldering, desoldering, and rework of SMT components.
• Troubleshoot and repair defective SMT products or components as needed.
• Record production data into SAP.
