Unigen is seeking a QC Inspector – AOI to operate the AOI machine and perform quality inspections on PCBA assemblies in Newark, CA. The role requires close collaboration with processing and engineering teams to improve defect yields and ensure IPC-A-610 compliance.

The successful candidate will document defects, load AOI programs, and support continuous improvement initiatives within a 5S environment. Onsite from Newark, CA, with opportunities for professional development.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating AOI equipment.
• High School Diploma.
• IPC-A-610 Certified.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485 & ESD.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the AOI and provide line support to ensure accurate defect detection.
• Perform AOI-related quality inspections in accordance with IPC-A-610 and other docs.
• Support engineers and production with data collection, documentation, and training.
