Job summary

Summit Interconnect in Orange, CA is seeking an experienced operator to support AOI verification and PCB rework. This is a second-shift role with shift differential pay, requiring meticulous attention to detail and steady hands for repetitive production tasks.

You will operate AOI and verification equipment, perform precise manual rework, follow quality procedures, document results, and maintain a clean, safe work area in a busy PCB production environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the printed circuit industry.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to follow instructions and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate AOI and verification equipment to inspect PCB panels for defects.
• Perform moderately complex equipment setups and adjustments.
• Continuously monitor equipment and inspect panels for issues.
• Perform precision manual circuit rework to correct defects.
• Document inspection results and rework activities accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Escalate quality or equipment issues to the supervisor.
