Summit Interconnect in Orange, CA is seeking an experienced operator to support AOI verification and PCB rework. This is a second-shift role with shift differential pay, requiring meticulous attention to detail and steady hands for repetitive production tasks.
You will operate AOI and verification equipment, perform precise manual rework, follow quality procedures, document results, and maintain a clean, safe work area in a busy PCB production environment.
Under general supervision, performs a variety of repetitive machine and manual operations related to AOI verification and circuit rework to ensure the quality and accuracy of circuit patterns on printed circuit boards (PCBs).
Operates AOI and verification equipment requiring moderately complex setups, continuous monitoring, and close visual inspection of processed panels. Performs precision manual circuit rework as needed to correct identified defects and ensure products meet established quality standards, work instructions, and customer specifications.
This is a second-shift position with shift differential pay. This position requires strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to maintain accuracy while performing repetitive production tasks.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the printed circuit industry and must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
