Job summary

Pioneer Circuits, Inc. in Santa Ana, CA is hiring a Verify Operator for second shift to inspect PCB inner layers using AOI, microscopes, and traveler data. Training occurs on first shift; permanent hours are 4:00pm–12:30am, with overtime and weekend needs.

Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret SOPs/instructions and safety rules in English.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and complete required reports.
Willingness to work overtime and adapt to a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

Inspect layers after AOI processing for layer count and defects.
Verify inner circuit layers with 100x microscope and traveler measurements.
Visually verify layers from scanner for dot/detect accuracy and non-conformances.
Identify defects, perform first article inspection, and create NCRs.
Assist in moving jobs within the Inner Layer Prep department and maintain daily production log.
