Job summary

Premier Private Jets is seeking an Aircraft Parts Specialist to manage warehousing, shipping, receiving, and inventory for aircraft parts and materials. You will coordinate with production, ensure regulatory compliance, and support AOG on-call events.

The role requires reading/writing English, 1-2 years line service experience, a high school diploma, and ability to lift 40 pounds; valid driver's license; pass drug test and background check; and strong vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read & write English fluently to meet FAA Regulations.
• 1 or 2 years of line service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and 10-year background check.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• Moderate to heavy physical exertion to fuel aircraft and handle baggage.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse operations including storage, security and accountability of aircraft parts & materials.
• Move repairable materials to/from repair vendors and company shops.
• Perform Shipping & Receiving to ensure timely and accurate receipt of inbound purchases and repairs.
• Maintain accurate inventory and resolve vendor discrepancies.
• Establish reorder thresholds and ensure on-time availability of parts.
• Procure parts and materials at lowest price and manage vendor relationships.
• Support AOG on-call events and light accounting duties.
