Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking an Inventory Control professional to manage stock, input data in Syteline and SAP, and create orders for manufactured items. You will coordinate kit preparation, track RMAs, and support both commercial and military customers.

The role requires a technical associates degree with 4+ years in inventory, strong MRP, and independent work capability; aviation industry familiarity is a plus. On-site position in Oklahoma with occasional after-hours support.

Qualifications

• 4 years' experience in a technical field with inventory experience a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and input inventory data in Syteline and SAP.
• Create and input orders in Syteline Customer Order Module and cross reference and create jobs for manufactured items.
• Prepare and track kits for SOS manufactured items and stock jobs.
• Create and issue RMA tracking numbers for repairs in RMA database for Commercial and Military Customers.
• Coordinate and dispatch surplus inventory to FlightSafety Learning Centers.
