Qualifications

• Experience with material expediting and logistics in aviation or similar field.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including nights/weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, prioritize and execute AOG material requests.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Control on parts requirements and sourcing.
• Evaluate inventory positions and decisions to move vs buy.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, documentation and traceability.
• Maintain detailed transaction records for parts and shipments.
• Support operations center by procuring components and supplies.
• Identify and pursue warranty claims with suppliers.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to minimize delays and cancellations.
• Execute shipping of parts for overnight maintenance needs.
• Provide status updates and delivery details to Maintenance Control.
• Coordinate air charter logistics for out-of-service aircraft.
