Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace is seeking a Technical Operations Specialist II AOG for the Savannah center. The role focuses on 24/7 monitoring, rapid coordination of resources, and expert guidance for aircraft systems and support equipment.

You will interact with internal teams and customers, develop troubleshooting procedures, and help drive continuous improvements across product support networks. Strong aviation maintenance expertise is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in aviation maintenance, engineering technology, or related curriculum required.
• 5 years aircraft related maintenance and operations experience is required.
• An A&P license, EASA B1/B2 FlightSafety Master Technician and four (4) additional years related aircraft experience may offset the degree.

Responsibilities

• Responds to in-flight emergency calls from operators by coordinating resources and providing technical data during the event.
• Interprets general operational/maintenance requirements and provides technical consultation to customers and internal teams.
• Conducts in-depth system reviews to develop troubleshooting plans and guide plans implementation.
• Directs the exchange of technical data for repair drawings for damaged in-service aircraft.
• Develops and updates troubleshooting procedures and test equipment for Gulfstream aircraft.
• Use Lean methodology to identify and implement improvements to internal processes.
• Re-enforces customer satisfaction and acts as advocate for the customer.
