This role emphasizes forecast-driven delivery, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration across the aerospace supply chain. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in supply chain, procurement or project management within aviation, strong Excel/SAP/MRP skills, and a proven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years) required.
• 7 years in Supply Chain, Project Management, Customer Service or Planning.
• 5 years of confirmed experience in the Aviation Industry.
• Strong MS Excel, SAP, and MRP system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build customer rapport and maintain clear, closed-loop communication internally and externally.
• Coordinate forecasts and present action plans with status on closures.
• Manage external/internal customer issues and ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Lead regular meetings with Airbus affiliates and internal teams to organize material shipments for AOG and critical items.
• Assist in expediting materials to secure timely delivery for customer and production requirements.
• Communicate risk and mitigation plans to management and customers with forecast alignment.
• Review inventory procedures to reduce shortages and limit over-stocking costs.
