Job summary

Courier Network Inc. seeks an AOG Specialist for its Aerospace division to manage Expedited and Next Flight Out shipments via air and domestic transport.

You will handle orders from booking to confirmation, ensuring alignment with customer guidelines and documentation. The role requires a Bachelor’s in logistics or related field and 2–5 years in logistics operations, with a focus on customer service, organization, and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, international business, or similar.
• 2–5 years of proven logistics operations experience; freight forwarding preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work extended hours (typical workweek >50 hours).

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 AOG service level support to Aerospace customers.
• Communicate with carriers and origin/destination agents regarding shipment status and handling.
• Monitor shipments through completion and keep customers informed of export/import and domestic details.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Build relationships with customers, offices, overseas and domestic service providers.
• Review procedures to ensure compliance with TSA and Ace Quality Assurance Standards.
