Job summary

Airbus is seeking a Customer Resolution Specialist (AOG) to join our Herndon, VA team. This contract role focuses on expediting order fulfillment for AOG purchase orders, coordinating with Supply Chain, Product Management, Transportation & Logistics, and Engineering to resolve urgent customer inquiries.

The role supports a 24/7 onsite operation with rotating shifts (3 shifts) and requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 3+ years in customer service in aviation or related

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent applicable work experience.
• 3+ years of customer service experience in a fast paced environment (preferably within airline material management, logistics, supply chain, airline operations or aircraft maintenance).
• Experience in the aviation industry or military support environment, either technical, logistics or supply chain preferred.
• Working level proficiency in Google Suite and Office tools.
• Fluency in Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing / Customer Support: receive, process and manage AOG customer orders in CRM/ERP, analyze urgency, and coordinate with internal/external teams to drive resolution.
• Customer Communication / Relationship Building: provide order status to customers, propose alternatives, and lead cross-functional meetings.
• Reporting and Technical Support: coordinate handoff meetings, lead daily AOG meetings, and liaise with engineering/technical teams.
• Other duties as assigned: perform additional tasks as needed.
