Job summary

flyExclusive seeks a highly skilled A&P Technician for our onsite AOG team in Kinston, NC. The role focuses on rapid troubleshooting, repair, and return-to-service for aircraft experiencing unscheduled maintenance.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of aircraft systems and must travel ~25% to support AOG events, with strong troubleshooting across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license required.
• Corporate jet experience preferred: Cessna, Bombardier, Global, Gulfstream, Falcon, Hawker.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Respond to AOG situations with on-site diagnosis and repair.
• Perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance per FAA regulations and SOPs.
• Document maintenance actions in logs and electronic systems.
• Coordinate with flight crews and dispatch to minimize downtime.
• Travel approx. 25% for offsite AOG events.
