Job summary

Jet Access is hiring an AOG Maintenance Technician based in Indianapolis, IN to provide rapid on-site maintenance across the country. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform field maintenance on aircraft, with an emphasis on safety, FAA standards, and client communication.

Required are a valid FAA A&P certificate and at least five years of hands-on experience in corporate or general aviation. Expect travel up to 60% with per diem and travel expense coverage.

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience in corporate or general aviation.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems under pressure.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams and service bulletins.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Respond rapidly to AOG calls and mobile maintenance requests.
• Travel nationwide to provide on-site maintenance support.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on mechanical, electrical and avionics systems.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance in the field adhering to FAA regulations and safety.
• Maintain tools, equipment and documentation for field operations.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Control and AOG Supervisor for logistics and status updates.
