Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. in Miami, USA is hiring a Senior Freight Forwarder to coordinate and manage AOG shipments domestically and internationally. You will oversee the end-to-end logistics, ensure timely delivery, and handle documentation and compliance with TSA and customs regulations.

The role requires experience with aircraft components, strong communication with shippers and network, and the ability to work a 24/7/365 rotational shift, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field required.
• 3-5 years of freight forwarding/logistics experience.
• Experience shipping aircraft components including engines preferred.
• Must be able to work on rotational shifts (morning/evening/night/weekends/holidays).
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage transport of AOG shipments nationwide (import/export/domestic).
• Handle documentation and ensure regulatory compliance (TSA, customs).
• Maintain daily AOG Desk data entry and records for audits.
• Communicate with branches, shippers, consignee, and network to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics, pricing, and client relationships.
• Audit shipper paperwork and ensure accuracy of transport documentation.
