Job summary

B3H Corporation is seeking a qualified Analysis Correlation and Fusion (ACF) Functional Scenario Developer to provide project management and SME support for the Air Operations Center (AOC) C2WSPTT Training Support Program. The role focuses on developing training for multiple AOC divisions and integrating FMV for RPA operations.

Responsibilities include building intelligence datasets, creating COA/IPB analysis streams, and delivering daily threat analyses and briefings to support ATO and RSTA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of ten (10) years military operational and training experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years AOC ACF Team experience with exposure to exercise planning and execution and AOC modeling and simulation tools.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience with IBM PC hardware; UNIX and Windows XP operating system; and TBMCS, FALCON VIEW, GCCS-I3 and C2WSPTT software.

Responsibilities

• Develop fusible intelligence databases and training software file stimuli for use in AOC MQT/CT (daily).
• Create multiple source intelligence streams to facilitate center of gravity (COG), course of action (COA), and Intelligence Preparation of the Battlespace (IPB) analysis (daily).
• Provide tailored threat analysis, predictive intelligence assessments, briefings and other products to support ATO and RSTA annex (daily).
• Provide products to stimulate Order of battle tracking, daily Intel reporting and dissemination, collection, targeting, and request for information (RFI) management (daily).
• Assist in the development of RSTA guidance (daily).

Overview

B3H Corporation is seeking qualified and experienced Analysis Correlation and Fusion (ACF) Functional Scenario Developer to provide project management and subject matter expertise support to the Air Operations Center (AOC) Command and Control Weapons System Part Task Trainer (C2WSPTT) Training Support Program. Responsibilities include providing innovative techniques and expertise to develop customer specific training for intra and inter divisional-level training for the 5 AOC Divisions (Combat Operations, Combat Plans, Strategy, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Division and Air Mobility Division) and support integration of Full Motion Video (FMV) for operations of Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) systems. Work will also include installation, configuration, upgrading and maintenance for the Theater Battle Management Core System (TBMCS) and C2WSPTT suites located at the 505th Communications Squadron, 505th Command and Control Wing.
