B3H Corporation is seeking a qualified PED Functional Scenario Developer to support AOC C2WSPTT training across five AOC divisions. The role includes developing customer-specific training, evaluating PED functions, and integrating Full Motion Video (FMV) for RPA operations within TBMCS and C2WSPTT suites at the 505th CS/Wing.

Responsibilities cover creating training stimuli databases, supporting exercise planning, and measuring ISR assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of ten (10) years military operational and training experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years AOC PED Team experience with exposure to exercise planning and execution and AOC modeling and simulation tools.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience with IBM PC hardware, Windows XP and Windows 7 operating systems, TBMCS, FALCON VIEW, Intel Office, JTT, COLISEUM, IWS, GCCS-I3 and C2WSPTT software.

Responsibilities

• Develop databases and ISRD/PED training software file stimuli for use in AOC MQT/CT to include: PED Guidance and Tasking, PED architecture for Reconnaissance Surveillance Targeting Authority Annex, and ISR assessment products (daily).
• Provide understanding of PED functions and utilize metrics for ISR assessments (daily).

Overview

B3H Corporation is seeking qualified and experienced Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) Functional Scenario Developer to provide project management and subject matter expertise support to the Air Operations Center (AOC) Command and Control Weapons System Part Task Trainer (C2WSPTT) Training Support Program. Responsibilities include providing innovative techniques and expertise to develop customer specific training for intra and inter divisional-level training for the 5 AOC Divisions (Combat Operations, Combat Plans, Strategy, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Division and Air Mobility Division) and support integration of Full Motion Video (FMV) for operations of Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) systems. Work will also include installation, configuration, upgrading and maintenance for the Theater Battle Management Core System (TBMCS) and C2WSPTT suites located at the 505th Communications Squadron, 505th Command and Control Wing.
