B3H Corporation is seeking highly experienced Tactics Development professional to provide instruction and course execution for advanced air operations training. The role includes course management support for military training and coordination for AFTTP updates.

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree, a Top Secret clearance, and at least 10 years of military experience. Responsibilities include supporting military exercise coordination and maintaining training materials.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 10 years of Department of Defense military experience.
• Current Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Experience in operational-level air, space, or cyber warfare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for AFTTP development and courseware information sharing.
• Coordinate updates for AFTTP and related products.
• Develop and execute graduate evaluation plans for instruction effectiveness.
