Job summary

B3H Corporation is seeking a qualified AMaster Scenario Events List Training Developer (MSEL) to provide project management and subject matter expertise support to the AOC C2WSPTT Training Support Program. Responsibilities include developing customer-specific training for intra- and inter-divisional training and supporting FMV integration for RPA operations.

Work includes installation, configuration, upgrading, and maintenance of TBMCS and C2WSPTT suites at the 505th CS/CCW.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years military operational and training experience.
• Minimum of 2 years AOC-specific experience with exercise planning and execution and AOC modeling and simulation tools.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with TBMCS, C2WSPTT, IBM PC hardware; Windows XP and Windows 7 operating systems; FALCON VIEW, C2PC, JADOCS, Intel Office, JTT, COLISEUM, IWS and C2WSPTT software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily realistic computer-based Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) software applications to support AOC mission qualification and continued training.
• Weekly review of authoritative USAF Instructions and TTP to ensure databases and PTT training programs/software comply with latest doctrine.
• Assist daily in planning materials for doctrinally correct, theater-specific intelligence and reconnaissance software files and reports.
• Assist daily in developing and delivering Air Operations Directives and Air Tasking Orders to support teams and cells in a typical AOC.
• Provide on-site C2WSPTT assistance and on-site instruction to ~10 AOC locations for training scenario execution.
• Update and daily maintenance of MSEL database files and related software update products to ensure scenarios meet training requirements.
• Conduct daily in-depth research on operational and intelligence aspects of proposed scenarios to ensure relevance for Falconer AOC.

Overview

B3H Corporation is seeking qualified and experienced AMaster Scenario Events List Training Devloper (MSEL) to provide project management and subject matter expertise support to the Air Operations Center (AOC) Command and Control Weapons System Part Task Trainer (C2WSPTT) Training Support Program. Responsibilities include providing innovative techniques and expertise to develop customer specific training for intra and inter divisional-level training for the 5 AOC Divisions (Combat Operations, Combat Plans, Strategy, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Division and Air Mobility Division) and support integration of Full Motion Video (FMV) for operations of Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) systems. Work will also include installation, configuration, upgrading and maintenance for the Theater Battle Management Core System (TBMCS) and C2WSPTT suites located at the 505th Communications Squadron, 505th Command and Control Wing.

• Assist daily in the development of planning materials related to the creation of doctrinally correct, theater specific intelligence and reconnaissance software file and programming products and reports.
• Assist daily in the development and delivery of Air Operations Directives, Air Tasking Orders and other operationally oriented software file and programming products to support the various teams and cells assigned to a typical AOC.
• Provide on-site C2WSPTT assistance and on-site instruction to approx. 10 AOC locations support training scenario execution.
• Update and daily maintenance of MSEL database files and other related software file update products to ensure scenarios continue to support unit training requirements.
• Conduct daily in-depth research on operational and intelligence aspects of proposed real- world and synthetic training scenarios to ensure relevance of scenario products to the unique needs of each Falconer AOC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of ten (10) years military operational and training experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years AOC specific experience with exposure to exercise planning and execution and AOC modeling and simulation tools.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience with TBMCS, C2WSPTT, IBM PC hardware; Windows XP and Windows 7 operating systems;, FALCON VIEW, C2PC, JADOCS, Intel Office, JTT, COLISEUM, IWS and C2WSPTT software.
