Job summary

B3H Corporation is seeking an experienced Air Tasking (ATO) and Airspace Coordination Order (ACO) scenario Developer to provide project management and SME support to the AOC C2WSPTT Training Support Program at the 505th Communications Squadron.

You will develop customer-specific intra- and inter-divisional training, integrate Full Motion Video for RPA operations, and install, configure, upgrade, and maintain TBMCS and C2WSPTT suites at Fort Walton Beach, Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of military operational and training experience.
• AOC experience in Combat Plans or Combat Operations Divisions (≥2 years).
• Experience with TBMCS/C2WSPTT software and related tools (as listed).

Responsibilities

• Create, plan and maintain ~2000 air missions to support AOC training.
• Develop C2WSPTT computer-based scenarios for all AOC mission types.
• Develop and modify databases reflecting airspace control measures for ABP/ATO.
• Produce planning materials for AOD, ATO, and ACO software files.
• Generate ACO message files for TBMCS training events.
• Support daily ABP/ATO production and rules of engagement development.
• Maintain a master training scenario library for daily use.
• Test software upgrades for C2WSPTT.
• Develop Red/Blue AODB for MQT/CT training.
• Coordinate with AOC training managers to tailor ABPs/ATOs/ACOs.
• Provide on-site C2WSPTT assistance and training.

Overview

B3H Corporation is seeking qualified and experienced Air Tasking (ATO) And Airspace Conto Order (ACO) scenario Developer to provide project management and subject matter expertise support to the Air Operations Center (AOC) Command and Control Weapons System Part Task Trainer (C2WSPTT) Training Support Program. Responsibilities include providing innovative techniques and expertise to develop customer specific training for intra and inter divisional-level training for the 5 AOC Divisions (Combat Operations, Combat Plans, Strategy, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Division and Air Mobility Division) and support integration of Full Motion Video (FMV) for operations of Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) systems. Work will also include installation, configuration, upgrading and maintenance for the Theater Battle Management Core System (TBMCS) and C2WSPTT suites located at the 505th Communications Squadron, 505th Command and Control Wing.

Responsibilities

• Utilize TBMCS Theater Air Planner (TAP) and Master Air Attack Plan Toolkit (MAAP TK) to: (1) create, plan and maintain ~2000 air missions to support AOC training, (2) create, modify, merge, backup, recover, and delete computer based Air Battle Plan (ABP) shells, files and databases, (3) create/develop databases and computer based scenarios to accurately reflect strike missions and packages.
• Develop C2WSPTT computer based scenarios for all AOC specific mission types (daily).
• Build and modify computer program files and databases which reflect airspace control measures and procedures to support the ABP (daily).
• Assist in the development and delivery of planning materials for C2WSPTT Air Operations Directive (AOD), Air Tasking Order (ATO), and Airspace Coordination Order (ACO) software file and programming products.
• Generate ACO message files to use in PTT and TBMCS during unit training events (daily).
• Assist in the development of planning materials applicable to the production of a daily ABP/ATO, such as rules of engagement and air operations directive.
• Assist in the development of a master training scenario library (daily).
• Provide expertise in the testing of software upgrades in support of C2WSPTT (daily).
• Develop and maintain a realistic Red and Blue AODB to support the AOC Mission Qualification Training (MQT) and Continuation Training (CT) training programs (daily).
• Coordinate with AOC training managers to ensure MQT/CT ABPs, ATOs, and ACOs are tailored to meet training requirements (daily).
• Provide on-site C2WSPTT assistance and training to support scenario delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of ten (10) years military operational and training experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years AOC specific experience in Combat Plans or Combat Operations Divisions.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience with IBM PC/Client hardware, Windows XP and Windows 7 operating systems, C2PC, FALCON VIEW, Intel Office, MAAP Toolkit, TAP, JTT, JADOCS, IWS, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Access, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, SharePoint, and C2WSPTT software.
