Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an Associate Attorney for Antitrust Litigation in Philadelphia, PA to join a prominent plaintiff-side practice. The role focuses on high-level antitrust class actions and complex civil litigation against major corporations and cartels to protect consumer and worker rights.

The successful candidate will conduct market analyses, draft motions, take and defend depositions, and manage large document reviews with strong research and writing skills.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3–5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably antitrust litigation.
• Strong analytical, research, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-litigation investigations, including market analysis and legal research.
• Analyze pricing data and industry structures to identify anticompetitive conduct.
• Draft motions for class certification, summary judgment, and other legal documents.
• Take and defend depositions of corporate executives and industry participants.
• Manage large-scale document review and ESI discovery.
• Appear at hearings, oral arguments, and status conferences in federal court.
• Maintain client and class member relationships.
