Who You Are

• You are a high performer with 3-5 years of relevant experience and a demonstrated interest in civil litigation (i.e., taking/defending depositions, drafting court filings, managing large‑scale investigations, etc.) and/or a background in M+A, HSR, merger compliance, and transactional counseling.
• You have a deep industry knowledge and understanding of Antitrust matters.
• You have prior experience in a leading law firm or relevant government agency.
• You have a strong work ethic paired with excellent leadership skills.
• You are committed to delivering top‑notch client service.
• You have outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• You earned excellent academic credentials.
• You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or are eligible to waive in.
