Job description

As an employee of our company, you will collaborate with the production to create mono and polyclonal antibodies. We're seeking an experienced and outstanding researcher and offer support to obtain your work permit for 5 years in San Jose, CA.

This position is both creative and rigorous. You need to have a minimum of 3 years of lab experience in Western Blot, IHC, and Flow Cytometry. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a 'get it done' spirit. To be successful, you will have solid problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire antibody production process.
• Collaborate with team members on research projects.
• Conduct experiments and analyze data.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols.

Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of lab experience in relevant techniques.
