Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in biology, chemistry, or related field.
• 1–2 years of related experience in method development or a Masters degree, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of molecular biology techniques including PCR, cloning, primer design, and sequence analysis.

Responsibilities

• Execute antibody library construction activities per approved protocols.
• Perform high-throughput molecular biology procedures: RNA extraction, mRNA purification, PCR, cloning, gel extraction.
• Culture and manipulate yeast, bacterial, and mammalian cells using aseptic techniques.
• Contribute to experimental design, execution, data review, and sponsor inquiries under supervision.
• Troubleshoot processes and support improvements to data quality, cost, or turnaround time.
• Analyze routine data to ensure results meet tolerances.
• Maintain equipment and electronic records per regulatory standards.
