Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform molecular cloning and recombinant DNA techniques to generate antibody constructs.
• Express and purify recombinant antibodies in bacterial and mammalian systems.
• Conduct flow cytometry-based binding, specificity, and functional assays; analyze data.
• Maintain lab inventories, records, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff on externally funded research programs.
