Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a part-time Anti-Human Trafficking Program professional in Greater Cincinnati to oversee and enhance services for trafficking survivors. You will supervise case advocates and interns, coordinate with partner agencies, and ensure trauma-informed, security-focused care.

Responsibilities include managing the Well Drop-In Program, developing safety plans, and producing timely program reports for funders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field is required.
• Master of Social Work is preferred.
• Experience providing comprehensive care for trafficking survivors is expected.
• Experience working with local/state/national anti-trafficking coalitions is preferred.
• Ability to secure and maintain driving privileges in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Anti-Human Trafficking Program in the Greater Cincinnati area.
• Provide direct services through the Well Drop-In Program and comprehensive care for trafficking victims.
• Coordinate with partner agencies for referrals and removal from trafficking.
• Utilize Salvation Army resources to meet victims' basic needs (clothing, food, hygiene).
• Develop safety and service plans with victims and provide case management to reach goals.
• Link survivors to resources for ongoing care and maintain accurate case notes.
• Prepare program reports for funders and collaborate with Development and Finance.
