Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Eastern Territory seeks a part-time Anti-Human Trafficking Program Manager for the Greater Cincinnati area. The role oversees the program, coordinates with partner agencies, and ensures victims receive comprehensive care including housing, legal aid, counseling, and benefits.

You will supervise staff, develop service plans, maintain case notes, prepare funder reports, and collaborate with Development and Finance.

Qualifications

• Master of Social Work preferred.
• Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field required.
• Experience providing comprehensive care for survivors of human trafficking or other victimizations.
• Experience working with anti-trafficking coalitions and efforts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Anti-Human Trafficking Program in the Greater Cincinnati area.
• Provide direct services and case management for survivors, including housing, legal assistance, ESOL, employment, counseling, and benefits.
• Coordinate referrals with partner agencies and ensure basic needs are met.
• Develop safety and service plans in collaboration with victims.
• Prepare program reports for funders and maintain accurate case notes.
