Job summary

YoungArts seeks a detail-oriented Anthology & Catalogue Coordinator in Miami to manage editorial coordination and production for the 2027 National YoungArts Week Anthology & Catalogue, spanning multiple disciplines.

The temporary contractor will liaise with editors, discipline coordinators, and printers, ensuring on-schedule collection, review, edits, and delivery for print and Issuu digital release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in education and/or experience.
• Experience in publications, editorial coordination, or project management.
• Portfolio or work samples required; size limit 5MB.

Responsibilities

• Editorial Coordination: manage project timeline and coordinate selections with editors and coordinators.
• Production & Print Coordination: track deadlines and coordinate final files with printers.
• Maintain a centralized checklist of Winner information across disciplines.
• Ensure timely pre-print edits and distribution of final materials for print and digital formats.
