St. David's North Austin Medical Center is seeking an Antepartum Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for antepartum and postpartum patients in a collaborative hospital setting.

You will perform assessments, develop discharge plans, document nursing interventions, and ensure accurate transcription of physician orders. You will work with a interdisciplinary care team to provide education to patients and families, administer medications, and delegate tasks to non-licensed

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of clinical RN experience in acute care preferred
• Texas RN license or Compact License with 90 days to obtain full license

• Perform patient assessments at admission and document outcomes
• Develop and revise care plans including discharge planning
• Administer medications and treatments per policy
• Educate patients and families on care and treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure safe care
• Delegate tasks to non-licensed staff per practice standards
• Care for OB/GYN, immediate delivered and postpartum patients as needed
