Job summary

Raytheon’s Antenna Design Department seeks a Section Leader to support antenna ranges in McKinney, TX. You will split time between hands‑on RF development and leading a section of RF engineers to ensure high‑quality antenna system verification.

Approximately 85% of time focuses on engineering programs across the RF product lifecycle, with 15–20% in leadership and staff development, coaching, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to antenna range development, installation, and problem solving.
• Oversee design, development, integration, and qualification of RF hardware.
• Provide technical oversight of suppliers and ensure objectives are met.
• Perform RF analysis, simulation, integration, verification, and testing.
• Support design reviews and risk management.
• Collaborate with Systems, Digital, Mechanical, Software, Power, Manufacturing, Test, Quality and Supply Chain teams.
