Job summary

Frontgrade Technologies is seeking a Process Operator II to perform post braze processing on aluminum flat plate slotted antenna products, ensuring conformance to mechanical and cosmetic specifications. The role involves detailed cosmetic sanding and strict quality adherence on production lines.

You will maintain measurement equipment calibration, keep the work area clean, communicate about processes and equipment, and document any issues or malfunctions to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic enhancement of antennas using air sanding equipment, hand tools and procedures to meet requirements.
• Maintain calibration of measuring equipment per internal quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness of production equipment or work area
• Maintain communication as related to process and equipment
• Report and document process issues and equipment malfunctions
