Job summary

Frontgrade Technologies is seeking a Process Operator III to troubleshoot production issues, maintain spray equipment, and review data to ensure product quality. You will apply high‑quality paint finishes to aerospace components, mix polyurethane paints and primers, and inspect surfaces for coverage and conformance to MIL‑SPEC and customer specifications.

Responsibilities include reading work orders and drawings, documenting materials used, and upholding safety, environmental, and quality

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience applying industrial coatings.
• Ability to read technical drawings, work orders, and process documentation.
• Knowledge of safety procedures for paint applications and PPE.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Experience with polyurethane paints, epoxy coatings, and primers.
• Experience with MIL-SPEC standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot process problems during production.
• Maintain production equipment and review data to ensure product quality.
• Apply high-quality paint finishes to aerospace components using spray equipment.
• Mix, prepare, and apply polyurethane paints, epoxy coatings, and primers following procedures.
• Inspect surfaces and parts for coverage, finish quality, and spec conformance.
• Read and interpret work orders, technical drawings, and production documentation.
• Maintain spray equipment, paint booths, and mixing areas for safe operations.
• Accurately record materials used and production activities in required systems.
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality control procedures and keep work area clean.
